Leads programme strategy and quality across all three pillars, oversees field teams across Kenya, and ensures rigorous monitoring, evaluation, and evidence generation.
Daniel holds an advanced degree in Public Health and Epidemiology. He has managed large-scale community health initiatives in Western Kenya and the Lake Basin, pioneering integrated zoonotic disease surveillance models with county governments.
Diana Masinde
Manages the planning, delivery and reporting of field programmes, coordinating multi-stakeholder relationships with communities and county health departments.
Diana brings a passion for community-led mobilization and grassroots engagement. She specializes in community entry strategies, safeguarding, and coordinating village dialogues that disband stigma around parasitic diseases.
Deverline Nasimiyu
Coordinates school outreach programs, primary animal health logistics, and community health promoter networks across Western Kenya.
Deverline has a background in Veterinary Public Health and community hygiene promotion. She has spearheaded dozens of mass rabies vaccination drives and led the rollout of school humane clubs across Siaya and Bungoma counties.
Osborn Joseph
Leads the Youth Livelihoods pillar, artisan technical certifications, earthen floor sealing technology, and youth enterprise incubation.
Osborn is an experienced civil technologist and vocational trainer with a deep passion for youth economic inclusion. He has engineered rapid, affordable floor-stabilization formulas using locally available materials to eradicate jigger-breeding dust floors.
Governed by an Independent Board of Directors
SoleGuard Alliance is governed by a distinguished Board of Directors that provides strategic oversight, reviews and approves policies and budgets, and holds executive management accountable.
The Executive Director reports quarterly to the Board on milestone progress across Animal Welfare, Jigger Eradication, and Youth Livelihoods.
Independent annual audits verify every grant, community expenditure, and M-Pesa contribution under strict Kenyan NGO regulations.
Programme implementation is steered locally with village chiefs, Community Health Promoters, and primary school head teachers.
